Monthly Executive Summary

Written report (2-3 pages) delivered first business day of each month with FRL status, phase progress, key wins and challenges, and decisions needed.

Milestone Reports

Comprehensive report at the end of each phase documenting deliverables, gate criteria, lessons learned, and recommendations.

Momentum Recovery Protocol
